BDMA

The formation of the British Damage Management Association (BDMA) marked a milestone in relations between the insurance industry and those who provide recovery and restoration services.

Modern damage management involves highly technical disciplines and the industry is traditionally intensely competitive. The creation of the BDMA indicated the significance damage management practitioners attach to the establishment and maintenance of uniform standards of care and codes of practice, underpinned by technical and corporate training.

Richfords Fire and Flood is proud to be a Corporate member of the BDMA. This is the highest level of accreditation a damage restoration firm can achieve and means that our technicians are trained to the highest standards of BDMA Training.

In fact our company is regarded so highly within the sector our director Steven Richford was asked by the BDMA to write the current BDMA Training Manual.

The BDMA is make excellent steps in bringing regulated standards to our industry and Richfords Fire and Flood is pleased to be a member.
