In 1981 Richfords was a small fabric care company. At
this time our company founder and current Managing
Director Steven Richford took the business in a new
direction to commit to the practical recovery of business
and home lives following fires and floods.

In the 25 years since, Richfords Fire and Flood have drawn
from knowledge of this industry in the USA, Europe and the
UK to stay at the head of the damage management sector.
Richford’s core values have been at the heart of the
business since our inception. These values are at the
forefront of our thinking in every decision made at
Richfords Fire and Flood and have enabled us to ensure
customer safety and satisfaction.

To ensure that the company is always best placed to
uphold these values we are committed to the training and
development of our staff. These commitments led to
Richfords Fire and Flood gaining Investor In People status in
1995.

of the damage management sector. Richfords Fire and Flood
is proud to be a corporate member of the British Damage
Management Association (BDMA).
