In 1981 Richfords Fire and Flood was a small fabric care company. At this time our company founder and current Managing Director Steven Richford took the business in the new direction of damage management to commit to the practical recovery of business and home lives following fires and floods.

In the 28 years since, Richfords Fire and Flood have drawn from knowledge of this industry in the USA, Europe and the UK to stay at the head of the damage management sector.

Richfords Fire and Flood is committed to technical excellence and to supporting the growth of the regulation of the damage management sector. Richfords Fire and Flood is proud to be a corporate member of the British Damage Management Association (BDMA).
