Richfords Fire and Flood Expanding Fast

April being the traditional time to take stock of the years trading, the South West's premier damage restoration firm, Richfords Fire and Flood, is please to report a significant increase in work won by the firm.

Richfords who have been trading for over 25 years have built a reputation as a leader in innovation and for customer care within the damage restoration sector.

"It is this reputation and our commitment to continuous improvement which have allowed us to make significant gains in work won this past year" said Richfords Marketing Specialist Michael Cooper.

For the past financial year Richfords have reported a 37% increase in work won by the firm. This increase has come off the back of a further increase from the year of 05/06.

"These gains have demonstrated what we preserve as a turn in the tide of insurers using only national firms. Many of the firms we work with are at the cutting edge of the sector and are realising the benefits of using regional specialists for damage restoration." Remarks Richfords Managing Director Steven Richford.

"As well as the increased profitability of our firm these increases in trade have allowed us to take on many new staff this year, on both the administration and production side. It is always very pleasing to take on more staff and increase the number of jobs available in the South West" Continues Mr Richford.
