Richfords Doubles Board of Directors

Service provider Richfords Fire & Flood has expanded its board of directors by appointing two new members; Heather Coupland as Operations Director and Michael Cooper as Business Development Director.

Mr Cooper has worked for Richfords for four years and Mrs Coupland joined the company in 2008 as Operations Manager.

In particular our high net worth and complex drying services have enabled us to develop relationships with many of the UK’s top insurers and provide excellent service to their insured customers and value for money for the insurer. To maintain this growth and level of service it was important to establish a strong board that can take Richfords into the future. Mike and Heather bring with them a new set of skills and experience that are a great addition to the existing board. We are now working hard together to further establish Richfords as a key provider in high net worth restoration and complex drying.”
