This property suffered an electrical fire. During the £160,000 seven-month repair project proper consideration was not given to the fire odours. When the property was ready for hand over to the owner, he complained about the odour.
Remove the odour without removing the plasterboard and damaging the fresh decorations.

The odour was eliminated within two days. Expensive opening up of walls and floors were avoided.
