Dishwashers do not work very well on fire residues - the nature of the bond means that the surface usually needs to be wiped to remove the fire residue, or pre-soaked.

Following fire damage or smoke damage we often find that the homeowner likes to be active and to help by doing some work. In these cases we suggest that they hand wash their dishes. Sometimes they find that the offer was fuelled by post-incident adrenaline and they run out of energy. In these cases we step in to complete the work.

In all cases if clients want to do some work following fire damage or smoke damage and its safe for them to do so, we will help facilitate this. It reduces our scope of work and charges, and it improves customer morale.

Fire damaged laundry - you don't pay for wasted effort

We are able to restore 95% of the fire damaged garments that have undergone triage assessment. We pre-sort and pre-test to ensure that our success rate is very high. The benefit for you is that you only pay for success, not wasted effort.

We carefully process either in our inplant laundry or through a partner company dry-cleaning facility. We can fast track selected garments to meet customer needs, returning these within 48 hours.

Electrical and electronic equipment

You are aware that domestic electronics now have a very low
replacement price and in many cases cleaning and restoration is not cost effective.

However some domestic electronic equipment has a high value and industrial equipment is generally very valuable.

Careful inspection, planning and methodologies are required to ensure that we deliver value with our electronic restoration.

For post fire restoration the chloride level is a key indicator of restorability.
