Decontamination of fire damaged properties - all at once

Put yourself for a moment in the place of the property owner who has suffered smoke damage or fire damage. Their priority is to move around the property that has suffered smoke damage or fire damage, start to organise work, supervise repairs and decontamination etc, without getting dirty.

Often they want to continue to live or work in the fire damaged or smoke damaged property whilst building restoration takes place. It's a positive experience for the property owner to have their property cleaned all at once. We make sure that thorough decontamination takes place and carry out odour elimination. This will reduce the need for alternative accommodation and improves morale.

Don't wash soot - we'll use the amazing Dry Sponges

Some fire residues and smoke damage can be successfully removed with a natural rubber sponge. We will use this method to remove light soot residues from wallpaper, and in many cases avoid the need for redecoration. It is a very valuable method for use on matt emulsion, as shown here on the right.

It is also valuable when used on fabrics and documents as well as building structures. The sponge is used without any liquid and absorbs the soot into itself.

It is one of the essential tools that enable us to reduce smoke damage, fire damage and insurance claim costs.
