When water leaks from overhead.
Water flows unpredictably from overhead leaks. Get
electrical systems checked by a competent person.
Storm or river-water may contain sewage. Be very careful
with personal hygiene. Consider relocating persons with
weak immune systems, children and the elderly until the
building is decontaminated.
For safekeeping these can be polythene wrapped, frozen
and dealt with later.
Use saucers to prevent water soaking further up legs.
