Solving Water Damage or Flood Damage Problems

Richfords can remove and hold waste water

Have you ever tried to locate a waste water tanker service on a Friday night following a water damage or flood damage incident? It’s not easy. The problem is water used for fire suppression and other water cannot be passed into the foul water system. The water authority will usually refuse this because of the unknown constituents. However, the water needs to be removed from the property.

Fortunately, Richfords have a solution - we have a large number of portable holding tanks and we can pump waste water into these, to await collection by tanker.

Richfords have a large ultrasonic cleaning tank

We can use our large ultrasonic cleaning tank to deliver you more efficient cleaning. With this equipment, we can cost effectively clean large numbers of small items that would not be cost effective to clean by hand.

The tank is fitted with large ultrasonic generators. These move high energy sound waves through the tank, loosening the contamination from contents immersed in the cleaning solution. Spot cleaning and rinsing is required to complete the excellent results.

Richfords can transport and store contents

If removal of water damaged or fire damaged contents items is required we can quickly arrange this and remove them to one of our local depots.

If building restoration is required, then off-site storage can be essential to protect contents from damage.

After processing, we can store items until the property has been restored and is ready for their return. Storage is in one of our humidity controlled facilities.
