Often there is concern about drying - what is enough, how do we avoid over-drying? We deal with these concerns by installing humidity controlled drying systems. We also use data-loggers to spot monitor moisture levels, retained in a data file as a permanent record of the drying process.

Due to our wealth of experience we have the expertise to use the most delicate of techniques to restore delicate structures and contents. The result of this is the reduction in the amount of structure and contents, which have to be written off and therefore the protection of the heritage of these buildings

In addition to our level of expertise in restoration at we ensure that our customers are kept informed with the progress of work and we liaise with insurers and loss adjusters so that the stress experienced by property owners is reduced to a minimum.

KrugerAir

Richfords is a continuously innovating company and as such we are constantly producing our own equipment. This equipment is specifically designed for our work by the technicians who do the work. Therefore we have been able to produce industry leading equipment such as the KrugerAir drying system. This system introduces very dry air directly into plasterboard walls drying them from the inside out. Therefore the system can save the need to demolish room interiors and prevent the loss of original features. KrugerAir can be seen in the picture to the right the wall and ceiling in this grade 1 listed building where saved thanks to KrugerAir.
