Property Decontamination

We have a special process for property decontamination where there are sharps. Chaotic or abused properties are sometimes known to contain needles and other sharps - these may be contaminated with body fluids and present a risk of infection. Decontamination will be required to make the property safe.

We have special decontamination procedures to enable us to remove these items and decontaminate the property without risking injury to our staff.

Odour Elimination

Following a property decontamination strong odours may remain. Richfords can carry out odour elimination treatments to get rid of any remaining unpleasant smells.

Richfords odour elimination treatments use organic peroxides that chemically destroy the odour and then revert to water - free from any harmful residue and free from unpleasant masking scents.
