"May I thank you most sincerely for the wonderful service that your firm have given to us at this rather difficult time. Aubrey & his son arrived like knights in shining armour to sort out all the mess and furniture - it was dark, wet, cold and traumatic. They had to walk down an icy drive, slipping and sliding in the ice and snow, carrying all their equipment in the dark - late in the evening and in minus degrees. They worked in the dark with the aid of torches, stripping wallpaper, cutting up and throwing out wet carpets (via windows as opposed to carrying them through the house and causing more mess and chaos) putting in blowers, carting wet insulation down from the attic etc. Aubrey & his son were totally professional, efficient, knowledgable, kind, helpful, reassuring and totally wonderful. They cut, carried, bagged, put up, took down and just quietly and so very efficiently sorted out the ENTIRE problem. As a woman I felt most safe after they had been here - they reassured me all was safe and in the most capable hands - the bad was all out and the good remedial processes, blowers etc, were all in place. Furniture was moved and relocated with the minimum of problems. I cannot too highly recommend Aubrey & his son - they took all the trauma out of the disaster that had occurred. I realise this is the professional basis on which your firm is recommended but Aubrey & his son not only represent you they also represent themselves and are so kind, reassuring and professional that their character and attitude is a great and true bonus - you are very lucky to have such wonderful people that give 100% of themselves for your company."
